Photo Diary: Amsterdam, Berlin, Rome

Happy New Year everyone! When I found out that we had a week off between Christmas and New Year's (bless) at first I pictured sitting at home, curled up by the fire with a good book. And while I was so glad I got to spend some time at home, I couldn't help but wonder if there was another way to spend the time off. Some daydreaming here, some Pinterest-ing there and next thing you know I've booked a flight to Amsterdam. My friend Nora accompanied me on the whirlwind journey (when I say whirlwind I mean literally waking up and forgetting which country you're in). Whether it was wandering around the canals in Amsterdam, eating bratwurst in Berlin or ringing in the new year overlooking all of Rome, I soaked in every minute of it. This trip has definitely inspired me to travel more this year, both in and out of the U.S. If you have any suggestions, please let me know!
