Winter Pants Shopping Guide

Hey everyone! I hope you’re all having an awesome start to December. Since I missed Thanksgiving this year I am getting twice as excited for the upcoming holidays and am starting to think of gift ideas, fun Christmas activities to do in New York, and, as expected, what I’m going to be buying and wearing this month. I was looking back at some of my previous shopping guides (click here to read them!) and realized that I haven’t done one for pants yet! And I have the perfect pair of pants for inspiration. I.AM.GIA, the brand that has absolutely blown up over the last year was nice enough to give me a voucher for their website and when I saw these yellow plaid pants I just had to have them. I feel like the 2017 Cher Horowitz when I wear them because I feel like they are so awesome on their own that they can take any outfit to the next level. I wore them here with a long sleeve black top and a shaggy coat. I know, I know, the shaggy coat is soooo 2015 but I that style so much. If you’re trendy up to the minute and want to update this look even more for this season, I'd recommend swapping my shaggy coat for a teddy bear one.

You’ll notice lots of culottes style pants (one of my favorites at the moment!) as well as some textures like velvet and chiffon. I hope this gives you some great inspo for any upcoming holiday events you may have where you want to wear something other than a dress!
