It’s that time of year again! The leaves are changing, the pumpkins are spicy, and I’m trying to avoid spending all of my money on new fall beauty drops. Can you blame me for being tempted? The products that have been unveiled in the last few weeks have been some of the coolest of the year, and I can’t wait to get my hands on them. Since I’m at the mercy of whenever my freelance checks arrive, I’m not ready to hit “buy” on the items that are currently sitting in my cart just yet. That’s why we have this series about beauty items I’m dying to try right now, in collaboration with the lovely Dakota Scarlet who illustrates these posts! So without further ado, here are eight new launches that I can’t wait to test out (and will likely daydream about them on the reg until I actually do).

ColourPop No Filter Foundation Stix in light 55 c, $10

I can’t believe I still have never tried any Colourpop products! I know, I know. But look, Sephora needs to get it together and start carrying them because every time I hear about a new launch of theirs I get excited. Like the new No Filter Foundation Stix. These new foundation sticks actually have two things in common with Rihanna’s Fenty Beauty foundation: they share a name (though RiRi’s is No Filtr’) and they have expanded their shade range to include 30 colors.

Le Marc Leopard Frost Lip Crème Lipstick in Just Peachy, $32

Please for the love of makeup someone tell me why I can only find this product in U.K. retailers?? I’m holding my breath until this Le Marc Leopard Frost Lip Crème Lipstick makes its way to the states. I don’t think I’ve ever in my life wanted a frosted lipstick until I saw this one. Am I being slightly blinded by the leopard packaging? Maybe like 75% yes. But if I’m gonna trust anyone with a product like this, it’ll be Marc Jacobs. (But please go cruelty-free!)

Too Faced Gingerbread Spice Palette, $49

Is it too early for you to actually start baking gingerbread? Maybe a tad. But is it too early to get overly excited about the Too Faced Gingerbread Spice palette? Not even a little bit. See this is the kind of spicy food situation I need in my life. More gingerbread spice, less pumpkin spice please. Anyway, I’m getting off track. This palette has such gorgeous shades both shimmery and matte that have me dreaming up holiday looks for parties that I haven’t been invited to. It’s that good.

Boscia Rosewater Face Mist with Witch Hazel, $24

Are you a little bit over rosewater face mists? I know, me too but I think the Boscia Rosewater Face Mist with Witch Hazel might be the one that makes me fall back in love with them. This one hydrates, revitalizes, and moisturizes skin and it also absorbs oil and tightens pores for glowing skin. Plus, did I mention how cute it will look in your #shelfie?

Kaja Beauty Bento Box Eyeshadow Trio in Toasted Caramel, $21

If you’ve seen a certain new K-beauty brand popping up on your Instagram feed chances are it’s Kaja Beauty, the company that just started selling at Sephora. I have to admit all of their products are adorable and looked like fun to try out, but I couldn’t resist this Bento Box Eyeshadow Trio in Toasted Caramel. I’m picturing the glow that these shadows would bring to my otherwise everyday eye look and also I want to stack them up all together because they’re so freaking cute.

Sand & Sky Australian Pink Clay Mask, $49

I’ll admit I hadn’t heard much about this brand before I saw them on Sephora’s new-in page but since checking out Sand & Sky I have become low-key obsessed. This Australian Pink Clay Mask sounds like exactly the type of thing I’d like to unwind with on a Sunday night before a crazy week starts.

Summer Fridays Overtime Mask, $44

Marianna Hewitt’s skincare line Summer Fridays is probably the best example of an influencer creating a product that’s actually amazing and that really sells. After the debut of the Jet Lag mask, they’ve released the Overtime Mask which truthfully I didn’t realized had pumpkin in it at first but I’m actually intrigued. As I mentioned above, I’m not PSL super-fan but it’s more rare to find a pumpkin-infused skincare product so I’d be curious to give this one a go. Plus, I can’t say no to a face mask.

Sulwhasoo Hydro-Aid Mist, $45

I hadn’t heard of Sulwhasoo before I tried the Radiance Energy Mask but I’ve since fallen in love. I’d like to test out more of their products including this Hydro-Aid Face Mist. This one is made with birch sap that helps revitalize skin and maintain moisture. You can use it to tone at the end of a long day or to set your makeup after you apply it.
