Spring Cleaning and Spring Shopping
I feel like it’s been so long since I did a post, even though only a week has gone by.
As you can probably guess, we’re closing another issue at NYLON this week, so things have been a little chaotic, but what else is new?
I met my April goal of doing two posts a week (yay!) and hope to continue the pace through May (once I actually have five minutes to sit down and create an editorial calendar).
In the mean time, I’m so excited to finally share these photos I shot with Sarah a few weeks ago.
We lucked out with such a gorgeous day and took to a rooftop in Bushwick for the perfect industrial background.
I walked into Topshop with the sole intention of scoring an item from their sale.
I fell in love with this top, which of course was not on sale, but I knew I couldn’t leave without it.
I’ve been cleaning out my closet over the last few and have listed tons of new items on Poshmark, and I’ve been trying to make sure the things I purchase are really things that I love and will wear, even if they’re not on the sale rack.
Speaking of that, check out my post on shopping at sample sales.

Thanks so much Chloe!
Well done beauty for meeting your goal for the month and I’m sure you’ll do the same for May!
I love this top because it’s really perfect for this in-between weather we are having! Great look!

Thanks so much Shloka!
Austen, I love this post. I seriously get so excited with the sale section at Top Shop, but then find myself buying items NOT on the sale rack. Super cute outfit. Love it.
