Hey everyone, happy Monday! I hope you’re having an awesome start to your week. As you already know, there have been some major changes in my life lately. NYLON decided to shutter their print edition and I got laid off as a result. After spending a solid 24 hours being upset and letting the shock of it all sink in, I wanted to get back to my normal self. I’m a Virgo and part of that is the ability to be super-organized and make a plan.
Before I jumped into specifics of places to apply and people to reach out to, I just wanted to get re-inspired. I went to Pinterest, which is of course my go-to for stuff like this, and found a bunch of quotes about how to rally and how to get motivated, you know with some “ when shit hits the fan” quotes.
I thought I’d share them here, because we really all do need a reminder sometimes that life goes on and just because one door closes doesn’t mean another won’t open.
